There are three different solutions for improving email deliverability within MediaOS.
SPF Records
Follow the steps outlined in this article
Should you continue to experience deliverability issues, follow the solutions listed below.
DKIM
What is DKIM? From DKIM.org:
DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) lets an organization take responsibility for a message that is in transit. The organization is a handler of the message, either as its originator or as an intermediary. Their reputation is the basis for evaluating whether to trust the message for further handlings, such as delivery. Technically DKIM provides a method for validating a domain name identity that is associated with a message through cryptographic authentication.
In order to verify your DKIM records through MediaOS, take these steps.
-Navigate to “System Settings”
-Click on DKIM Email Records
You’ll then see the DKIM records that you’ll need to install with your domain host:
- Place this in your DNS exceptions with your domain host, for more instructions on how to do this, check with your Domain provider.
- Submit a ticket to ASG Support and our team will verify your records, dramatically increasing your deliverability
